  • If I am an existing customer, how do I begin using the Customer Portal for the first time?
    Simply click the REORDERS button on UroMed.com, and set up a new account with the instructions on the Customer Portal home page using the same email address that you have identified on your account with UroMed. You will then be asked to create your password, security question, and answer.
  • How do I access the Customer Portal to place my reorder?
    Your email address that is on file with UroMed will be the same one you use to login to the Customer Portal. Enter your email and password to login.
  • What if I forgot my login information?
    There are two links on the login page, Forgot Email or Forgot Password. Follow the easy steps to reset password using your security information or to update email.
  • If I am a new customer, when can I begin using the Customer Portal for my reorders?
    As soon as UroMed sends your first order to you, you will receive an email from us that contains a link to activate your online account. The email includes easy-to-follow steps to set up your password and security information.
